RETURNS

​If an item purchased in-store is not to your liking, you may return it within two weeks (14 days) of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in new condition with tags.

We do not offer returns or refunds for online purchases at this time. All online sales are final.

SHIPPING

We provide worldwide shipping! The additional cost will be charged to you after checkout. Please call or email us to schedule shipping.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer local delivery up to 20 miles from our store! Call us to find out if you are in our delivery range. Delivery must be scheduled in advance, please call or email us to schedule yours.

CURBSIDE PICKUP

After making a purchase online or over the phone, you can pick up your order anytime during our business hours. Please give our team 24 hours to prepare your order.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates can be purchased in-person at our physical location or over the phone. Use these certificates on art, gifts, framing, or classes! Certificates can only be used in-store at this time.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

We offer a variety of additional services, including:

  • Gift & Wedding Registries

  • Layaway

  • Art Consulting (by appointment)

  • Interior Design (by appointment)

EVENT CANCELATION POLICY

Glädje reserves the right to cancel classes and events for any reason. We will do our best to contact you 24 hours prior to the class or event start time, but we may cancel up to 1 hour before the start time. If you purchased a ticket, you will be offered a full refund when we cancel.

EVENT REFUND POLICY

Due to limited seating and the cost of materials, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled class or event. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online. If you purchased a ticket, we will credit your account for the full ticket amount as long as you give us at least 24 hours notice. You may use these credits towards any future class. If you cancel your ticket less than 24 hours prior to class, you will forfeit the full ticket price. We do not offer refunds.

COVID-19 POLICY

Visitors are encouraged to follow state and federal guidelines as they pertain to COVID-19, and all attendees are asked to respect the posted rules at Glädje. As a private business, Glädje has the right to require masks, social distancing, and other safety precautions we deem necessary. Thank you for helping us to maintain a respectful environment for all of our patrons and employees!

Update 4/15/2022: At this time, we are not requiring masks or social distancing. 

EVENT TICKET POLICY

Tickets secure your spot in a class or event. Please check in with the instructor or host upon arrival. You do not need to show your ticket, just tell us your name. All details about the class or event can be found on our website.

 

For Art Classes: Your ticket may not cover all of the required materials for your class, please check the event page to ensure you bring the right materials. Materials will be available for purchase. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions, issues, or wish to cancel your ticket for online credit.
