Wool Painting

In this class, artist Cindy Truex will guide you step-by-step in creating your own wool painting using a felt background, felting needles, and a wool pad. Students will explore color blending and texture to “paint” their own soft, dimensional landscape or design. Your finished piece can be framed later for display — a lovely keepsake or gift!

Cindy’s love for nature and art began in southern Kansas and has evolved into a passion for transforming natural fibers into beautiful, tangible pieces. A self-taught (and heart-taught!) artist, she finds inspiration in the woods, water, and friendships that surround her in northern Wisconsin.
